Memories
Dad took the bus from Torrance to attend Redondo Union, that at the time had 700 students and college prep courses available. Torrance High had 200 students. He remembered being so shy and slef-conscious as a freshman at RUHS, that he had no social life, and finished the whole geometry book by November. He had to wear short pants as a freshman, and was mortified by his skinny legs.
