Accomplishments
- Trophy winner (age group): Ironman Triathlon — 2.4 mile ocean swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile marathon
- Completed three month, 60 mile per day cross country bicycle journey from Portland, Oregon, to Boston, Massachusetts
- Owner, publisher and editor of “Hawaii Boating and Ocean Sports” magazine
Memories
My fondest memories are of my days as an RUHS cheerleader; those and the journalism classes with Miss Sinsabaugh, who said, in later years, I was one of her most successful students. Without her, I probably wouldn’t have been. She was great!
